We had our first “Chef’s Circle", in which we had an incredible strolling buffet in our Terrace Room. Our Cooks selected and prepared their own menu ideas, which included an Antipasto Table, Seafood Paella, Asian Salad With Stuffed Won Ton Skins, Carma Chicken, and an incredible Chocolate Fondue Station with Pastries and Fresh Fruit. The abundance and diversity of flavors was incredible, and 80 guests walked away very satisfied.
