To celebrate Nursing Assistant's Day, we created a board for residents and employees to write a thank you note to our CNA's when they entered the cafe. After the board was filled , we surprised the CNA's by posting the board in the Health Care Unit for all of them to see how much everyone appreciates the unnoticed things they do.
