Episcopal Church Home hosted our annual Volunteer Luncheon. Our Chef served up
some inventive new dishes: Potato Spun Shrimp, Chicken Osso Bucco with
Herb and Parmesan Polenta, Rainbow Beets and Goat Cheese Salad, Blueberry Rice
Blend Feta Salad, Panzanella Salad, Chicken Salad in Cucumber Cups, Fried Baby
Artichokes with Aioli and for dessert Egg Shell filled with Potta Creme and
topped with sugared violets. Our drink for the event was Raspberry Mojitos!
