Pastry Chef Kristen Mellis developed a recipe for an amazing 3 layered banana
split cake as a special summertime dessert.
The cake is 1 layer of banana nut cake, 1 layer of chocolate cake, and 1 layer of strawberry cake. Between each layer is whipped topping and crushed pineapple. The cake is iced with whipped topping and topped with maraschino cherries, walnuts, & chocolate syrup.
