On August 23, Cantata Adult Life Services hosted the Brookfield Chamber of
Commerce After Hours.
It was an opportunity for local business leaders to get together and enjoy
some yummy appitizers and adult beverages. We served Salmon Pineapple Skewers
with a pepper glaze and a lime creme fraiche, Sage and Lemon Meatballs with
meatballs, Rolled Zucchini Ribbons with mint, chili pepper, and goat cheese, and
an Avocado Crostini with a sweet chili sauce.
