Episcopal Team Caters a Wedding
Saturday, August 11th the Team at the Episcopal Church Home served the Client's daughter's wedding offsite at the Mellwood Art Center. Appetizer tables were overflowing with choices of a risotto bar, Antipasti bar, choices of five types of canapes and shrimp cocktail. The entree choices were Beef Tenderloin with a mushroom demiglaze, fingerling potatoes, candied baby carrots and asparagus. The other entree was seared halibut with strawberry BBQ sauce, forbidden rice medley and garlic caper yellow and green beans. A great time was had by all!
