Christine worked
closely with Hannah as she was completing her dietetic internship rotation in
Clinical Long Term Acute Care. Hannah competently and confidently took over the
fourth floor rehabilitation unit. Nursing staff and residents were very
impressed with the knowledge and compassion that she utilized during her time
working with the rehab population.
Liz’s rotation at
Lieberman encompassed Food Service Management, and she worked with Traci to
manage all of the caterings and management duties. Traci and Liz worked to
revitalize the Nosh cafeteria for the Lieberman employees, which included a Fall
theme day that Liz created.

Liz and Hannah
also conducted the August Cooking Club meeting; all of the residents who came
down to the Nosh to bake chocolate chip muffins with the interns had a great
time and enjoyed some tasty treats!
Traci and
Christine feel that it is important to take on Dietetic Interns and help them to
learn valuable skills for their future in the nutrition field. Both of these
Lieberman dietitians were able to impart their knowledge, experience, and the
Morrison standards to help Hannah and Liz be successful in their future dietetic
careers!
