Wesley Acres held a culinary clinic in September. This was conducted by Chef
Richard Hoelzel and the executive chefs from Wesley Acres, The Village and
Edgewater all participated in the day long session. The residents of Wesley
Acres were then entrusted to 'test' the chefs creations!
