Today we held a dining room decorating contest at Christian Rest Home. Our
dietary aids put together small teams and decorated a dining room. The dining
services management team as well as our administrator judged each space based on
Creativity, Uniqueness, Resident Involvement, Appropriate Theme and Utilization
of Space. This contest was the talk of the facility. All the residents were
excited to find out if the dining room they eat in was the winning dining room!
We all had a great time and have had requests to do it again! Not only is it
fun, but it's a great team building activity as well.
