The Felician Sister Motherhouse in Livonia, Michigan catered the annual ISO concert October 28th. We served multiple hors d' ouevres (including shrimp cocktail in a homemade Ice Bowl.) Much to the delight of the sisters we also served mini desserts. The event went out flawlessly, thanks to the help from our CEC Jamie Minton and Chef Stephen Shaughnessy (from Oakwood Commons). The guests and sisters were very interested in future catering events.
