The Felician Sister Motherhouse in Livonia Michigan was host to the 75 anniversary party for Madonna University. 300 people attended the funtion, which was a strolling dinner. We served Greek Salads in a Cucumber Cup, Shrimp Cocktail, Apple Cider Chicken in a beggars purse, Beef Burgandy in a tart, Mini Quiche, Spanakopita, Vegetable Tray, Fruit Tray, and a Cheese and Cracker Tray. The function was served in 2 different areas of the facility. It was a great success. A special thank you to Chef Pearse and Chef Dan from Oakwood Commons, and Jay from St. Claire Shores for all their help, we couldn't have done it without you.
