Administration luncheon at Mother Angeline McCrory
Manor allowed for
creativity during the holidays. The chicken salad is made in house and is a
signature item.
The dessert was a lemon sorbet topped with a strawberry and
Grand Marnier sauce. The garnish is fresh holly and a pirouline
rolled
cookie. The honored guest from Catholic Services even took a picture of the
dessert to show his wife. He couldn't believe a Nursing Home could provide food
like this.
