Last week The Dominican Sisters of Peace welcomed a new group of Sisters into the family, the DeRicci Sisters of Philadelphia, PA. To celebrate the event we put together a nice appetizer spread for their reception.
The menu for the event included Chef Andy’s crostinis topped with beef tenderloin and a roasted red pepper aioli as well as a scallion goat cheese mousse. He also served meatballs in a sweet Thai pepper sauce as well as Swedish meatballs.
To spruce the buffet line up, Chef Andy put
together a fruit and cheese display and topped everything with extra
large shrimp and his own special house made cocktail sauce. Great job to the staff at the Mother House!
