Three Crowns Park recognizes employees who successfully integrate the account's mission, values, and philosophy into their daily work life. Employees, residents, family members, and visitors nominate employees based on the following values; "passion for quality", "can do attitude", "responsibility", "win through teamwork", and "openness, trust, and integrity".
The photo above shows members from the dining services team who were nominated for the award including D.D.S. Susan Heydan for her "can do attitude". Employees nominated received gift cards to Panera Bread and the celebration ended with cookies and hot chocolate.
