To add to the Holiday festivities at Western Home, dining services added a
holiday party for our Board and an extravagant celebration for our employees.
The board dinner featuring grazing stations featuring mini carved beef tenderloin
sandwiches , a seared diver scallop on blue cheese grits finished with a truffle
aioli, anti pasta display, and small bite desserts.
The employee party featured, carved ham, grilled marinated skirt steaks,
mixed vegetables, salad bar, baked potatoes, baked penne
pasta, small bite desserts and holiday punch and egg nog.
A great time was had by all 300 employees!
