As one of the four course meals at Indiana Masonic Homes. The first course was a
traditional seafood cioppino with scallops, shrimp, cod, mussels, and lobster
claw.
This is the second course which consisted of mescaline mix Italian toppings,
home made balsamic vinaigrette and balsamic glaze, then topped by a pan seared
duck breast wrapped by prosciutto.
The main entree on the Italian themed four course meal consisted of a marsala
beef tenderloin over the top of mini bowtie pasta, sautéed shrimp scampi nested
along side of pesto mashed potato, and stuffed zucchini in a home made herb
tomato sauce. Unfortunately we did not get a picture of the home made tiramisu
Jane had made, but the residents really enjoyed it!
