The Western Homes has started on display cooking in all 7 of their dining rooms. We began at Windhaven with Chef Kevin doing omelets and waffles. The downtown campus followed with Executive Chef Darin doing breakfast every Friday for the residents in the Stanard Building. Chef Aaron did bananas Foster at Windcove and a pasta station at Windgrace. Breakfast for dinner at Willowwood with Chef's Darin and Tim. Windcove and Windemere are next with Bananas Foster and a Pasta station with Chef Teresa. By next month we will be doing something on display almost every day. Our residents are very excited about the program and cant wait to see what we are going to do next week!
