Asian Noodle Salad at Four Seasons
Asian Noodle Salad
Yields 8 servings
1/2 cup - Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp. - Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. - Sesame Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. - Sriracha
1/8 tsp. - Red Pepper Flakes
2 ea. - Garlic CLoves
1 1/2 lbs. - Buckwheat Soba Noodles
10 ea. - Green Onions (cut on a bias)
1/4 cup - Julienne Carrots
4 Tbsp. - Toasted Sesame Seeds
12 ea. - Radishes
Stir together soy sauce, vinegar, oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger and sriracha. Cook soba noodles just until tender then strain and shock. Toss with dressing, carrots, green onions, sesame seeds and radishes.
*NOTE* You might need to Adjust the Red Pepper Flakes and Sriracha. Both are Spicy, just be aware some of your residents might not like that much heat.
