At Cantata we have a melting pot of family heritages, from Czech and polish to mexican to the southern United States. As a way to showcase some of each others family flair we had the employees submit a family recipe. The winning recipe was featured as an appetizer in our Woodlands Dining Room. The lucky recipe this month was submitted by Rosa, one of the cooks. She submitted a simple but delicious recipe for a guacamole.
