At Westminster Place's annual fashion show, we served 300 residents and guests.
The menu consisted of Chicken Breast Milanese and a Spring Mesculin Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette. We finished with a Chocolate Mousse Cake on an Chocolate Painter Pallet, which was the theme for the event.
