Weinberg Senior Living, a Kosher Facility, hosted a Board of Directors buffet
that consisted of: Quinoa & Greens Salad, Poached Salmon, Roasted
Vegetables, Vegetarian Pasta with Veggies & Pesto, Double Decadent Chocolate
Cake and Fruit Platter.
We had used an
internet Quinoa Salad recipe from the Sassy Stove and made some additions, some
substractions and made our own dressing and it turn out to be the star of the
night. We received a letter from the secretary of the board thanking us for
the wondeful food and how everyone took seconds and that a request was made for
the salad recipe.
