Travelling Chefs visit Lake Forest Place

Those famous “Travelling Chefs” visited Lake Forest Place to show their wares last Monday evening, 4/29.  Over 150 residents flocked to see what we are up to at Morrison!  The Chef reps really impressed. Each chef had a different and impressive dish to share.

1.    Mark Kroplewkl- Cardinal Stritch Retreat House

Dish:   Seared Pork Medallions, Watermelon Feta Relish

 

 

2.    Kevin Chalada- James C King Home

Dish:  Crème Brulee, French Toast, Mascarpone Cream and Drunken Strawberries

 

 

3.    Jeff Kanla-Cantata Adult Life Services

Dish: Beef Tenderloin w/ Caramelized Onions and Creamy Polenta

 

 

4.    Chris Moore-Villa St. Benedict

Dish:  Roasted Duck Breast, Orange Beet Puree, Petite Potato Pancake

 

 

5.    Benny Cheung-  Lake Forest Place

Dish:  Shrimp Lettuce Wrap, Hoisen Dipping Sauce
