The Cedar Valley filled the Western Home Communities

Good Morning Cedar Valley is a quarterly breakfast that takes place around the greater Cedar Falls/Waterloo area during the year. This past Thursday the Western Home was privileged enough to be able to bring the breakfast to Windridge. The dining services team worked tirelessly to provide a breakfast I am sure most will not forget for some time. An omelet bar stocked with all the freshest produce, eggs, as well as a beautiful display of fresh fruits. The dining services team led by Dining Services General Manager Gary McCurdy and SR. Executive Chef Randy Husted had the team up and ready early Thursday morning to provide individual omelets for all. CEO Kris Hansen announced what an asset it was to bring Morrison Dining on board at Western Home Communities. Over 125 invested members get together to have an update on the exciting events, projects, and news that is going on in the Cedar Valley Community. The mayors from each city (Cedar Falls & Waterloo) as well as members of the Black Hawk County Supervisors speak about important details pertaining to the Cedar Valley. It was an honor to be able to host these important leaders in the community at such a beautiful place like the Western Home. The dining services team looks forward to more opportunities to show their culinary talent in the time to come.
