This June Smith Village hosted a beer and tapas event featuring the new local restaurant Horse Thief Hallow, where residents and prospective residents were able to come and enjoy the fresh brewed beers of Horse Creek Hallow, while enjoying chef's trio of small plate food pairings.
The residents and their
guests enjoyed Kolsch, paired with a grilled shrimp and vegetable Chimchurri
sauce kabob.
A Red Ale that was paired with a beef tenderloin slider topped with
balsamic glazed shallots and aged cheddar.
A Hefeweisen, paired with chef's
gourmet caramelized banana tart with a house made sauce. Overall, the residents
and their guests had a great time, and they are looking forward to us partnering
with Horse Thief Hallow again in the future.
