Traveling Chefs at The Moorings


With the residents excited to hear that the Traveling Chefs have returned to the Moorings, five chefs wanted to bring something creative and interesting to the plates and glasses.  The menu featured the following:
5 Spice Pan Seared Duck Breast served with Asian Cole Slaw
 
Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich.  Braised Short Ribs, Swiss Cheese served with Red Onion Marmalade. 
 
Creamy Vegetable Risotto. 
 
Chocolate Chip Donut with Caramel Sauce.
 
Infused Water, Cucumber, Lime, Lemon, Mint and Rosemary.

The residents loved the presentation, the tastes and of course the Chefs.  The residents look forward to Traveling Chefs returning to The Moorings.
