Ryan treated residents to an extra-special dinner choice at his action
station on July 12th: “I did an on-display cooking demo for our
residents in the dining room. I chose
to do a pasta dish. I mixed in roasted chicken, shrimp, and lobster
with ziti pasta and a Rosé
sauce. Everyone that tried it raved about it.” The proof: Ryan’s dish
was such a hot commodity that it was sold out by the end of the night!
