Revenue! Often this is referred to “Top Line” Everybody need
it – Everybody wants it! Think of revenue as your Paycheck. Without your paycheck, there wouldn’t be any means
to pay your bills, buy your food our even have money left over to spend on things you want.
What are you doing to increase the revenue at your
community? As part of Morrison, we need to OWN this part of our business as much as any other. A simple start in
increasing your revenue would be to ask yourself “What am I not selling that my residents want?” Now make these items available! Sounds simple right? Many times it really is that easy!
Residents will appreciate this, your clients will love you for it, and you may even provide a little extra profit for your
clients!
