Unique Cuisine hits the Dining Room at the Western Home Communities

 
The smells of fresh stir fry flooded the dining room this last week at Windhaven and residents flocked to get the chance to experience a delicious meal to remember. With locally picked and prepared ingredients filled with color and life Chef Kevin Winburn prepared stir fry in front of residents at dinner. The aroma of fresh soy sauce filled the air and each resident was able to pick their own ingredients on their plate. It is important for residents to have a choice when they are dining together. It provides topics of conversation as well as many fills plates with different vegetables, meats, and sauces. It is important for Chef to have this variety in meals for residents as he wants to spark interest and provide unique dining opportunities for residents that perhaps they have not had in some time or ever in their lifetime. Providing these choices is a key to success in this dining room and he continues to bring these new experiences for residents on a daily basis.
