During this 2 day event Culinary Services prepared a Greek style menu for residents and staff. The first day the daily menu for residents and staff included Greek items. Day 2 Culinary Services held and event with the Activities Staff at CBV. This event included Greek Appetizers prepared by Greek Staff members at CBV. Greek employees even included the staff receptionist. This event showcased the talents of all employees at CBV not just Culinary Services, Diversity within CBV, and the character of the staff at CBV donating time to the residents. Appetizers included: Spanakopita and Saganaki.
