Ladies Service Board Dinner at Christian Rest Home

 

Chef Grant was at it again!  For the Ladies Service Board Luncheon, He created fresh winter squash and apple cider soup served in a miniature pumpkin, followed by a choice of Ahi Tuna with a light pineapple salsa, or slowly braised lamb shanks.  Both came with a wild rice pilaf and rosemary grilled vegetable.  For dessert, strawberry butterfly pastries finished off a great dining experience; and a successful year of business for our Ladies!
