Chef Grant was at it again! For the Ladies Service Board Luncheon, He
created fresh winter squash and apple cider soup served in a miniature
pumpkin, followed by a choice of Ahi Tuna with a light pineapple
salsa, or slowly braised lamb shanks. Both
came with a wild rice pilaf and rosemary grilled vegetable. For
dessert, strawberry butterfly pastries finished off a great dining
experience; and a successful year of business for our Ladies!
