Chocolate cream pie, the ultimate feel-good comfort food...To the
next level! For the Board Meeting Dessert this month left over
chocolate mousse was piped on top of a crisp
shortbread crust, and topped with sweet mascarpone and
amaretto cream. A chocolate harp and shard of shortbread added height
and elegance. One board member commented "Lets hurry up, that dessert
looks delicious!"
