On November 7th Chef Rob Campbell and I hosted the first reserve dinner at Westminster Place. The menu theme was called "Indulgence" which was conducive to the dishes being served. We had 22 guests sign up for the dinner and they were full of anticipation.
We began the meal with introductions followed by the first course.
Lobster-cinno with truffle foam and lobster skewer
Apple brined pork belly with goat cheese-zucchinni roulade
Prime beef filet mignon with potato brulee and heirloom carrots
Chocolate explosion, cream cheese chocolate bomb, chocolate dipped carmel, and white chocolate pistachio bars
Each course was paired with wine and we look forward to holding a themed dinner on a monthly basis.
