We teamed up with fellow Morrison Senior Living Executive Chef Brian Brookman from Holland Home to volunteer at a charity Wine Expo that raised funds for our local ACF chapter, as well as ProStart, a vocational training program for that unites high school students with the food service industry. Chef Grant Arnold and myself joined the volunteers pouring wine for attendees, while Brian contributed to the amazing spread of appetizers, fruit & cheese, and dessert pastries. The next event is in February, and we plan to involve our staff as volunteers as well.
