New Years promotion at United Prebyterian Home


Residents at the United Presbyterian Home enjoyed Rosemary Roasted Lamb with tri colored fingerling potatoes as part of the New Years in New Zealand promotion. 
Chef Cory Evans demonstrated how to properly cook lamb and provided samples. 
Many residents had never tried lamb and were delighted with the opportunity to sample a new food.
