Diversity Moment: Road to Culinary Excellence


The Road to Culinary Excellence was the idea of our Dining Room Manager, Lisa Baumgartner.  A way to tie in the Olympics and have our staff pick areas they feel they need to improve.  Each night at showtime we have a medal ceremony, recognizing different servers for achievements they have made, whether its towards their goal or some way the management team thinks they have gone above and beyond.  The residents love asking the servers what they did to receive their medal, and the servers enjoy the recognition.
