Central Baptist Village is very proud to have re-instituted the "Thank You Board", this is one of many steps in our new employee engagement focus.
This is a area to thank co-workers for their extra efforts in helping you out also for management to send a special thank you. Just a great way to increase teamwork and build employee moral. Who doesn't like to get a thank you note! It has been a huge conversation piece. Everyone daily is gathered around reading all the notes. All of the staff have been really excited about it. As you can see in the picture they have been keeping the designated area full. Looks like we may need to move it to a bigger area.
