Healthy Easter Snacks????


Tasha Jones, wellness coordinator for Episcopal Church Home created a few Easter treats that didn't contain refined sugar as an ingredient. 

Tasha made Rice Krispie treats in a plastic egg, Coconut Honey Candy (she added a bit of peanut butter to enhance the taste), and Peppermint Patties.  Samples of the treats were shared with Residents, staff and visitors.  Happy Easter!
