Branches Gift Shop at Lake Forest Place held an Earth Table featuring fresh produce for sale and education on purchasing fresh and local. The residents loved the display and requested to have the table weekly for purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables. The table will lead to future "farmer's market" displays in the gift shop as well increased revenue for the account.
