Cinco de Mayo celebration at Lieberman Center


To honor Mexico's victory over the French forces at the Battle of Puebla, Lieberman celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a traditional Mexican cuisine. Chef Fermin Mendez created Kosher, vegetarian, & gluten free tacos, enchiladas, and rice and beans for the residents for lunch. The meal was finished with Chef Millicent Lagares's homemade flan. The meal was a huge hit!
