Last week the Bronson Place dining service team delighted 32 ladies in our dining room with a fantastic meal of excellent food and service. They were very impressed with our hand breaded entrees, fresh locally grown produce and house-made dressing. Of course we saved the best for last as we wowed them with our scratch made cream puff swans filled with raspberry cream and swimming in a pool of chocolate. They were all very thankful and promised to come back again next year!
I think the nicest part was one of the diners sent us a hand written letter thanking us for the excellent lunch and wonderful service! Below is a picture of David Ansel serving the entrees and above is Chef Ken Bailey holding a plated entrée.
