Episcopal Church Home's Chef's Table


Our own Regional Executive Chef Rob Henry created a Presentation for invited guests of the Louisville area on "Healthy BBQ".  Rob started with a safety moment and then moved into the how's, what's, and when's of healthy grilling.  Samplings of the food that was demonstrated were offered to the residents. 

The menu included:

Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
Roasted Veggies (Asparagus, Mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash)
Chili Roasted Corn in Squid Ink Cornets
Cilantro Soy Marinated Shrimp with Mango Salsa
Grilled Pineapple on Ice Cream
