It was a beautiful sunny day in Saline MI for Chef Brian Allen to celebrate fathers on June 14th at the Evangelical Home Saline.
He treated a group of skilled nursing residents to a menu of grilled strip steaks, garlic smashed potatoes, and steamed asparagus with a red wine demi. The tasty dessert was a maple chocolate cupcake with candied bacon.
