Associate engagement reaches new levels at Christian Rest Homes

Reaching for new levels in Associate Engagement, we designated veteran Dietary Aide Delia Zuniga to head up our Showtime meetings.  She is now in charge of setting up and officiating the F.A.C.T.ing sheet tasting and encouraging the conversation on the day's meal, with back up from the management team.  This allows better flexibility in the day for management, as well as hands on, driven participation from Delia's fellow associates.

Toward this end, we have created a new posting board located outside the kitchen, for all facility staff to see and recognize the accomplishments of our employees.  This include "Hero" recipients, blog posts highlighting our amazing staff, and our 2014 Be-A-Star nominees Sandy Baumgart (Culinary Tech), Jody Longnecker (Night Cook), and Grant Arnold (Executive Chef).  Giving noticeability and acknowledgement to our outstanding team members!
