Every year at McLaren Central Michigan we hold a Survivor's Picnic at the Morey Cancer Center. This year the Nutrition Services Team was asked to "keep things simple" and requested cupcakes for this event. We were excited for the opportunity to be food artists with cupcakes being our blank canvas. We were able to use simple food displayed uniquely to deliver the WOW factor. According to Dr. Roy, the Medical Oncologist we did just that! We were grateful to have the opportunity to serve our special guests.
