Chef's Table event held at Felician Sisters in Michigan


This evening’s event is presented to you by Executive Chef Phillip Emerson and Chef Michal Zinczuk.

Here at the Felician Sisters Michigan in Livonia we chose 6 sisters to come join us for a culinary event unlike any we previously provided.  We chose 3 sisters from each dining room and had them join us in a private dining room to enjoy a 4 course meal.   Each sister received an invitation to join us at their place setting the night before.  Not only was it a private dining affair but their entire meal was cooked right in front of them and served by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. 

The Chefs Table Event menu included:
  • Appetizer Course: Mini Tarts-Spinach Artichoke Tart & Wild Mushroom Tart
  • Salad Course: Michigan Tossed Salad-mixed greens, bleu cheese, candied walnuts, cranberries & fresh strawberries. Dressed with a house made Raspberry Vinaigrette and a Balsamic Jus
  • Main Entree: Beef Tenderloin Medallions served with a Red Wine Demi Glace, Duchess Potatoes and Parmesan Carrots
  • Dessert Course: Fresh Vanilla Bean Crepes topped with Bananas Foster
We now include this event on our monthly calendar and can't wait to provide the sisters an elegant meal, in an elegant setting without leaving the comfort of their home.
