Ladies tea luncheon at North Pointe Woods

 
We recently celebrated Ladies Day at North Pointe Woods with a tea. We had over 60 residents attend. We served miniature sandwich's prepared by Executive Chef Nicole and her staff. The menu consisted of Caramelized Pear and Goat Cheese Pound Cake, Cucumber with Sundried Tomato Hummus, Egg Salad with Bacon Jam on Irish Soda Bread, Smoked Salmon and Green Onion Cream Cheese Spread, White Chocolate Raspberry Tiramisu with Black Cinnamon Loose Leaf Tea and Chocolate Mint. We had a violinist for entertainment that played music tableside.
