Caprese Salad for Employees at Fulton Manor


For our employee meal we made Caprese salad. It was a big hit.  Every one just loved it. We sold more lunches that day which was a plus.

Recipe
Mixed greens
Red Pepper
Cucumber
Onion
Tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella
Basil Leaves
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil

Cut up red pepper, onion, tomato and cucumbers.
Slice mozzarella.
Chop Basil and toss with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
 Place greens on plate, top with vegetables.
Top with mozzarella and tomato slices then dressing.
