On August 14
th at Three Crowns Park we had a traditional Hawaiian Luau including a roasted Pig. We served 180 residents, guests and family members. The menu also included Hawaiian sweet roll, Hawaiian chicken, Coconut rice pilaf and Pineapple upside down cake for dessert. We hosted the event outside and finished the evening we Hawaiian dancers.
