Traveling Chefs at Westminster Place


On the 26th of June we hosted our 4th annual traveling chefs event from 4:00-5:30 at Westminster Place. We had six stations with multiple flavor profiles and textures.

Jeffrey Kania from Cantata Adult Living featured his Carribean jerk grilled chicken thighs with plantain mash.
 
Kyle Bulfer from Westminster Place presented an open face lamb-goat cheese slider with pineapple relish.
 
Chris Moore as REC,  displayed a la minute rice flour dusted seared ahi  tuna with forbidden rice.
 
Rob Campbell as Westminster host displayed a tropical quartet of homemade desserts, mango-ginger gelato, pina colada sorbet, smoked rum fudge and Carribean coconut macaroons.
 
Kevin Chlada from the James King Home feature Pulled Pork wontons.
 
Carol Ardell from Weinberg Community prepared lumb crab salad with roasted corn and black beans.

We doubled the number of guests from the previous year and the event was a huge success.  Next month we will be hosting at Lake Forest Place.
