Here are photos from an event we hosted at the Memory Support Center at Brecon Village. We catered an Art Show where we showcased the dementia and Alzheimer residents' art work that they made throughout the year. It is an annual Art Show that EHS has held for the last 3 years for the residents and their family. We provided the hors d'oeuvres for the event.
The appetizers we made for the event were the following; spinach and artichoke wonton bites, shrimp baguettes, and a cheesball. For the desserts we made; apple cheesecake bars, a butterscotch bark, chocolate cranberry pecan bark and pumpkin biscotti.
The family and residents had a great time seeing the artwork of their loved ones, enjoying the hors d'oeuvres and spending time with their loved ones.
